The price per square meter is established around 2,150 USD / m2.
The prices vary for each type of apartment if it's Studio, 1 Bedroom or 2 Bedrooms; prices increase 5% each level.

Return: Under the Condo Hotel scheme, you are guaranteed a return of 3% to 5% of your investment, with our professional management program.
The expected return is between 5% and 8%.
Buyer security:
All payments made by the buyer will be secured through an escrow account.
Title insurance: the payment of a sole coverage, protects and compensates the holder thereof.
HSB will take care of your investment's security and protection.
