We have made the maximum effort to reconcile as far as possible a contemporary design with the appearance of the traditional Caribbean architecture, blending traditional elements such as wood or cana roofs with elements as contemporary as large wide glass fronts. Villa A : The built area of this villa is 470 m2 (4,986 sqft) divided in three floors, a first level under the pool area through which you can access a very large entrance hall with a sealing 6 m. (19 ft.) high, that communicates directly with the upper level, which gives an impressive sense of space and a wonderful lighting to the entrance area. To make it even more spectacular there is a water cascade that runs along the right side wall. In the next level is where you will really live the villa, there is the kitchen, dining area, living, terrace, swimming pool, jacuzzi, bar and BBQ. The lounge is attached to the terrace area with large glass doors that can fold completely making it this as a unique area. Also we have decided to make a complete suite on this level that can be used either as guests suite or as an office area. At the third level we have made two complete suites separated by an exterior small Japanese style artificial garden with splendid sea views. Villa B: With 446 m2 (4,732 sqft) built area, in contrast with the previous model, the entrance is at the back of the house with a large main door made on glass and wood. Unlike the other model, the entrance hall is located at a medium level between lower and upper floor. Again in this model the entrance hall has a double height ceiling, giving a great lighting to this area. The most spectacular thing in this model, are the views to the sea, pool area and gardens from the entrance. We mountain the same philosophy as in model A, leaving a living area with large terraces, swimming pool, jacuzzi, bar and BBQ but, this time we have decided to make a covered terrace much wider that in model A that, may be attached to the living by the same folding doors system described in model A.
